They don't play the beginning of Queen of Winter, Throned anymore because it's the same as A Dream Of Wolves In The Snow, and the band won't play anything from Principle that they didn't re-record. At least, that's my theory.

A lot of bands are known to not play intros, etc. Cradle did it a lot, such as the Live Bait for the Dead concert when they played "Queen of Winter, Throned" and they missed out the whole beginning bit and started the song with:

"Iniquitous
I share Carmilla's mask
A gaunt mephitic voyeur..."

They also did it when they mixed "Malice Through the Looking Glass" and "The Rape and Ruin of Angels" too, back in '96.
