My name is Jokull, but you can call me "Jack".


I play lead guitar in a Punk/Metal Band called Winter Reborn.
I owe a lot to Cradle of Filth as they are one of the bands that made me decide to play Darker and heavier sounding riffs.

Thanks to Cradle I now play many Harmonic Minor scales, I've even incorporated some of my spannish sounding scales into the mix.


I first heard Cradle when my mate Zenn gave me the Nymphetamine album to listen to, for influence in our band at the time. I liked what head :D

I then started hunting down Cradle albums (hard in a mainstream city like Perth, and I absolutely refuse to download music being a musician myself). So far my small colletion (none the less something to be proud of in this metal deprived shit hole of a city):
