Why the devil is so condemned by the church and the human?

Long ago the church has been spreading that the Devil is evil and that only God is salvation, are dictating the religious people, making false
promises ... and incredibly people believe!

this discussion, rocks....Both Church and Satanic Church sucks as far as I'm concerned. Both are presumptuous insects...playing with things they don't understand themselves.

Religion is just a means to control people and their actions; to preserve the moral standards of that particular time period. Everything was made by man.. God, Saints, Demons etc. Doesn't mean some form of these entities actually exist.. It's just that they are used conveniently to impose the will of religious leaders and their *prophets*. It's all about power.. who has more and who has less of it.

Yea i think that to Religion is just a means to control people thats why thy dont like satanic people cuez they teach you to be yourself and other religions want to control you like a slave and tha point of a God it just a joke your your own God not some dead guy you cant even see.. will thats wat i think

Exactly. That's also why the church can't stand anything to do with satan coz its *bad* and people are too afraid of the unknown and prefer happy, sissy stuff to hardcore reality. Especially since reality isn't always *good* or *happy*.. people prefer to escape to fantasies, instead of facing their fears.

Some people need to believe in something though.. else the number of suicides would skyrocket. It's such a cliche, but faith does keep some people going.

It's not a exactly a bad thing. It's more of a neutral fact.. whether or not it is good or bad is up to one's perception.

I still don't think that people would commit suicide so easily. The fear of the unknown would stop alot of people, regardless of religious belief. Human's are naturally sceptical. Although Faith is seen as "blind" for a reason, but there are few people who would follow a belief to their deaths. Why would you want to see more of suicide? It is needless, and causes pointless grief to those left behind. It's selfish. If everyone who became depressed or upset were to kill themselves then there would be no humans alive. Conflict is part of the human condition, everyone is subject to it, and you just have to pull through.
