Permalink Reply by spectraldistortion on December 25, 2009 at 3:20 I agree with the mostly fans... DUSK!... and her EMBRACE!.... this is the best fucking album of cradle... its songs are anthems of the gothic in general... FUNERAL IN CARPATHIA, DUSK AND HER EMBRACE (of course), HAUNTED SHORES and the hymn mith A GOTHIC ROMANCE... that is the best funking song of history of cradle of filth and for the music too... RED ROSES FOR THE DEVIL'S WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOORE!!!!!!!! yeah... and "cruelty and the beast" is fucking amazing too... mostly Cruelty brought thee orchids... the symphony of that song is the best atmospheric I ever heard

Permalink Reply by serpenttongue on December 28, 2009 at 23:15 hmmm...i would love to say 'dusk and her embrace',since it really is a wondrous creation, but my all-time favourite with vocals has to be their debut'the principle of evil made flesh'.
now dont get me wrong, the production could have been better, but i think that dani's vocals and Sarah jezebel deva's vocals were finely in tune with each other, and especially dani's vocals,as they were really erupting from distant screams to low-pitch growls, with a varied vocal range right across the album. i think he gives it all with every single song on that album:D

I may have to disagree-her vocals i think were heard on the title track and the forest whispers her name, plus the black goddess rises-all of which were on their debut album:P

As far as I'm aware, Sarah did not do any vocals on The Principle Of Evil Made Flesh.
