That would be...
FLEETWOOD MAC!
Honestly, I would rather have my eyes scooped out with a spoon than listen to that crap.
All the bands that LOOK satanic probably aren't, and those who are... well, they're stupid satanic, not massive earth-shaking evil satanic. What good is a satanic band that scares all the christians away? No, a real satanic band would be appealing and attractive to the namby-pamby goody-two-shoes christian right, and they'd actively encourage their friends to go see it.
Meanwhile, their music would slowly and subtly corrupt the listener with hidden suggestions that caused them to question and ultimately deny their religious convictions. The devil doesn't want people to worship him; then he has to reward them for their services. No, what he wants is for people who would be going to heaven to end up in hell instead, preferably without realising they're not going to heaven. That must be hilarious. I'll bet the devil shows up every time some believer goes to hell, just to see the look on their face!
So instead of actively converting worshipers, the devil probably just tries to make people abandon their faith, and the perfect solution is for them to become atheists. That way, they'll casually go around condemning themselves to hell, secure in the "knowledge" that there's no such thing. Then they go to hell anyway! And it's just like Goya's paintings, with the fire and brimstone and demons running around with pitchforks (because they stoke the fires with babies, and pitchforks are the easiest way to move a lot of babies quickly), and they're all surprised and shit.
Of course, there is no hell and there is no devil, so this is all just academic.

I remember Ihsahn (sp?) of Emperor used to believe in Satan himself, but I think he grew out of it.
Actually youre wrong on that one. The only admitted athiest out of the group is, ironically, King Ov Hell, who is a primary school teacher. As for Gaahl he is a Theistic Satanist, as is Infernus. As for their various drummers I cant say, but for the most part Gorgoroth are true Satanist (depending on which variety of Satanism you choose I suspose).
As for Ihsahn, I think youre exactly right.
