Very F***ing Curious

Hey, comrades! I just want to understand one thing: looking through some profiles (MANY profiles) one can see some concert photos of CoF as personal + logos or portrait pics of the CoF band members. Why? Are all these people the CoF band members ::) ? What's the reason? Are those people too shy to post their own photos? Why not posting them?

As for me, it is much more interesting to see real CoF fans, but not the trivial avatars copy-pasted from the CoF pics from the web...

What's YOUR opinion?

Yeah, in fact, it is enough to load up approx 10 photos just to introduce yourself, and if you're decent enough that won't influence your privacy. But loading up a hundred MB of pics is a kind of spam ::)

And as concerns privacy, I don't hide myself too much... I just prefer not to show certain particularities ::) And you?

Personally, i believe people use copied photos for avatars for these possible reasons':

They are lazy.
They cannot think for themselves.
No creative ability.
Lack of self esteem.
Complete obsession with the band.

I am not pointing fingers at anyone, and do not wish to be rude. I am only providing possible explanations, to why people use photos of band members, distributed through websites.

I created my own profile picture so that i could stand out amongst other people. In order to say that i am my own person, and not a copy off of another.

And this is really good. We (at least some of us, i believe) would like to see an INDIVIDUAL, but not a picture one of many. Thank you for your concern.
