Benjamin Ryan is my favorite, and in my opinion, their best keyboardist they've ever had. But, he has very few pictures. So I was wondering what pictures of Ben you guys have. I would love to see them. I started it off...

   Anyone know what Benjamin Ryan is doing nowadays?  I've probably asked this question before, but....I'm asking it again!  He was one of the better keyboardists.

Paul Ryan's brother ... keyboards on Principle of Evil Made Flesh, Dusk and Her Embrace, Goetia and demo's. Left in 95 with Paul Allender and his brother to start The Blood Divine ...

Thought it was weird ... but answered mainly for any new "browsers" ... when you consider he was a founding member, I agree.

Not only would I be incredibly disappointed if any serious Cradle fan didn't know one of the members (especially one as essential to Cradle's sound as Benjamin), but also the fact that ADreamOfWolves mentioned that he was their keyboardist and included a photo of him playing with them.

Could you guys please stop insulting him? This is not specifically directed towards Daimonos, but all I read about Paul is plain insults from guys who dislike him. Perhaps he was not the best guitarist they've had, perhaps his influence on the band's style was not that beneficial, either. Heck, I'd choose "old" Cradle over their modern albums myself any time, but that doesn't mean that I can't at least show respect. Imagine the band members reading this, how do you think they'd feel if all they got after months of hard work was comparisons to ugly, hairy monsters (though some metalheads are rumored to try to look exactly like that)?


Edit: On a related note, please learn how to quote. Placement of the quote in the post is a bit arbitrary here, but quoting (series of) pictures is simply annoying.

The troll in the drawing looks exactly like Paul on the sleeve ... made up and pulling a face! Nothing like Paul in real life! I know he'd see the joke here ... there is no way he would be offended ffs ...

Speaking for myself I was talking about his work as a musician... not the troll thing. I don't give a fuck about it.
