well, this business disgust most people, but some say one should have the right and freedom to have sex with who ever they want, for what ever reason they want,, it can be dirty but can also be clean if looked after the right way,,

Well it really doesnt matter..just like marijuana people are still going to do it even if its illegal.
Some people just love sex and some people love marijuana you cant stop people from doing that. Legal or not..
To answer..i dont see why prostitution is such a problem ive never thought of it like people have their right to have sex with who ever they want..and its right..they do.
How did it come to be illegal? and how is it a crime? kinda dumb.

another example of using moral fortitude as a motive for the their laws, but that is a lie, they just can't tax it. they don't want any black business(business that is under the radar of the government). There is increasingly a "sin" tax on things. Heavy taxes on cigarettes, alcohol, gambling. Trying to enforce some messed up set of worn out christian morals on country that does not need any more sin laws/taxes.

Yes... although if u really think about it its one of those things that are so easy to bust people on and the system makes so much money out of I don't think that they will ever truly legalize its just like pot... as to the whole Pimp thing... even if they legalized it I don't think it would wipe it out.The reason why is because if u really think about it prostitutes make money depending on location and type of clientele and therefore there will be those that will use their "leadership skills" to get a group going to where they can actually manage a territory and make the most money out of it and in the end managing the prostitutes also. Bottom line its still a business and there will be people, men and women alike, that will be pimps in their own right. There is always a leader and that leader will always find followers... but hopefully the brutallity of it stops.

They are subjecting themselves to mistreatment....when your own body is not even resepected by the self, how can another fucked up human be expected to treat it? Murder and abuse of prostitutes........foolish whores.
As far as legality: Nope. The conscious "okay" to condone, for only one example: the potential birth of more crack babies and unwanted children is fucked up! C'mon I know that there are some other COF fans that contemplate ethics......everyone is so quick to say "legalize everything" practically!! Some people are so fucking liberal that their brains have fallen out!

In the Netherlands is legal and I do think it should stay that way..
The prostitutes can choose for it themselves, and this way the guys who dont get laid every so often, wont get to horney and rape some one for example
So this way it will stay completely voluntary.. And if they have nice brothels no one has to complain about it being filthy and unnatural..

The government should not condone (there has to be limits to what is allowable) for the bigger picture, is what my point is. In the historical development of society and it's nuturing of the people (welfare and such).......and the total dependency that governments have made of certain people then, what is allowable HAS to be limited.....so until (the government) can "step over" a fucked up crack whore on the street and not look back it can't be legal.....due to societal obligations
People will still always partake in prostitution anyway.
