um..... k.

in my opinion, god and satan dont exist. heaven and hell are both made up. there is no god, there is no devil, its all just made up shit to get people to act right. and look where that got us...
I think that since anarchy clearly doesn't work in a populated planet, people just wrote a GIANT ASS BOOK to make people stop running around and raping things. Also its a great scapegoat for women haters, which is fuckin hilarious.
I think the world would be better if everyone just grabbed a joint, burned some bibles and forgot about this whole religion thing. Because, if you think about it, if there was no religion most wars would not have been fought, and you know there would be way more diversity within people because the whole ASSIMILATE OR ANNIHILATE thing wouldn't have happened.
Also then Mel Gibson wouldn't of made that horrible Passion Of The Christ video.
In my opinion, since the Christians won't shut the fuck up about it, Satan is a really cool guy. I mean alot better than God.
But he isn't real. Thankfully if I had to pick a side to be on in terms of the bible, I'd be all for Satan.
do you know what liv i actually agree with you there, it doesn't really matter about religion and all that crap, it matters about who you are and what you want to do with your life rather than having some priest rule your life, i am not religious i don't worship satan i just have an opinion on this guy called satan and that opinion is good, but when you think about it there is no proof of anything of that sort. but ummm yea I would come burn bibles with you.
Yeah really the whole good/evil thing is a matter of perspective. Its like a war, the victor is the one who writes the 'history'.
The Devil was written into the bible to be the antithesis to the Christian message, every 'good' needs its 'evil' scape goat to justify its own actions
ha ha I meant that satyrically I wouldn't burn bibles because you know that would be completely and utterly rude and I'm not THAT mean

yea........ I can respect other people and their choices, i have catholic friends and i respect tehm and their religion... they don't respect my choice and try and convert em but..... i respect them, i mean all religions have their own customs traditions and people fight over which religion is the best one, when in all reality if people from differant religions took the time to have alook at another religion they would find that in all realty each religion has it's good people its bad people it's up side and it's down sides
I don't care about him/her.
As such, all religionists, be it Christians or Muslims or radical Hindus tend to look at the entire world scenario from their own points of view. That is, they believe their religion is the universal, one true religion that shows the 'real' path to God and all other religions and faiths are lies. You might have guessed it that this is the cause of all religious conflicts that rock the world today.

But lets look it from a broader, more deeper perspective. A long time ago, there was no Globalization. People of different religions, castes, colours and region did not mix as much as they do today. Due to globalization, more people mix. One person is bound to be influenced by another. This caused fear in the zealous religionists that their faiths may die out.

That's why they had to construct elaborate lies in order to show themselves as good and the opponent religion as bad. Or something like that...

And lets face it, 80% of all people are unintelligent and stupid and need other people's advice in order to determine whether they are doing the right thing or not. That's where the good God and bad Satan comes in. It's a cunning technique to instill confidence in such people (that they needn't fear about right or wrong action because if they follow the rules [ie Bible] then they are always correct).

Obviously this was 'used' by the old Catholic Church in order make extra cash. And they succeeded then and are still making a huge profit now (that's because they are clever, common people are not).

And Satan and even God and Jesus are no more than concepts to teach people about what is right or wrong. Now, according to me, teaching people Good and Bad is a not wrong. Because it can't be helped that some people need guidance. I think its a righteous thing to do, to help people along their journeys. But what I blatantly despise and loath is that the religionists in every age and country have taken advantage of and used common people for their own personal gain. They are cheap businessmen and really do not believe the things they teach even symbolically. They are just using us.

And for them, we have shed blood throughout the ages and even today. We're all stupid people.

Sorry, I forgot the topic...
I do not believe in Satan/Jesus/God. To me Nature is God. Physics is God. Science is God. In that sense, just like Dani, I too am a Modern Luciferian.
I do not want to offend you in any way, man, and I personally really appreciate your choice, coz Satan is a good antipode of Christ, but in any case, for me Satan is nothing. I trust in ancient pagan Gods of Rus and do not accept Christians. As concerns Satan, it is thought that he is a one belonging to a Christian pantheon, notwithstanding the idea of being a controversy to Christ, so I do not accept him at all. (If I am not right or you want to argue I will be happy to have a good discussion. Best Regards!)
can you elaborate on your religious views (about pagan Gods)? I'm quite naive about that

yea, no i respect that to, i mean everybody has their own choices and beleifs and that makes them who they are. Before i knew with who i belonged, i delved in the paganism, and so therefore cn understand your, choice. There will never be one right religion because that is not how it works, i guess that even if you haven't found it yet, everybody has their sense of religion, and who they believe in, and what they believe
ya know, there is something I've always wanted to know, How come there is no Black Metal band about Hinduism??? Hindu is an ancient Pagan religion with enough Pagan-ness to outsmart any other Pagan religion in the world! the dark rituals that Black Metal sings about were quite commonplace and performed by ancient Tantrics and Sadhus of India from time immemorial. in that regard Goddess Kali (who wore a neckless of men's heads over her black naked body) is perhaps the ultimate Black Metal Goddess..and every year Indian's have a ceremony specifically meant to worship her. Her husband Lord Shiva is the Creator and Destroyer of the Universe. He is Chaos in the true sense of the term. and in all possibilities Shiva and Shakti(original name of Kali) are perhaps the oldest two Gods that have survived into the present age. so what do you say?
