Positives And Negatives About Masturbation?

I just started masturbating last December, and I am 16. I am starting at a very old age obviously. I have been made fun of several times, due to me never masturbating before last December. But, now I do it every single night. It feels really good. I wish I've been doing it for a while.

But, I was just wondering if someone could tell me the positives and negatives of masturbating? Is once a day too much? How often do you masturbate?

Well, where I live the county schools started to teach us kids about sex in fourth grade (basic video about puberty). In middle school we then had to watch "The Miracle of Life" film and we had a week of Sex-Ed. High school was mandatory to take a health class and we learned even more about sex (it mainly focused on STD's and how to use contraceptives, etc.)

I was never that young! LOL  If only I could go back, with what I know now I'd teach "Hands on" Sex-Ed at a Girls School ... :P

I got stuck with that, hired by the Govt, lecturing on safe sex when AIDS was first discovered. It was pretty gross as the "Grim Reaper" ads were on TV and I had to show ridiculous vids like "Roll it on Robbie" and "Wear a Yellow Raincoat" WTF LOL
