Positives And Negatives About Masturbation?

I just started masturbating last December, and I am 16. I am starting at a very old age obviously. I have been made fun of several times, due to me never masturbating before last December. But, now I do it every single night. It feels really good. I wish I've been doing it for a while.

But, I was just wondering if someone could tell me the positives and negatives of masturbating? Is once a day too much? How often do you masturbate?

No sex Ed. in my school district. Hell they don't even teach evolution in the schools were I live.

How about research it or ask a doctor? Asking people here isn't going to tell you whether masturbation is good or bad. Once a day is most likely best or else you are going to get blisters down there from yanking too much. Trust me.
