*METAL OR NOT*

If metal did not exist, what other genre of music do you think you would be most interested in?? Would you try to invent a new genre of music for everyone to like?? Most curious is all...

 I already listen to music from almost every genre, well thats not entirely true, but I do listen to a lot,, inluding dance, easy listening, rap,, and whatever,, but never country,,,

 starting a new genre,, that sounds intersting, but it kind of seems like bands are doing this all the time,,  like slipknot,, they are like jungle metal or some shit,,

Actually, some old country is not to terrible--It is new country that is total shit!! But, to answer my own question, I would listen to classical if metal was not around....

Tee Hee Hee Ha Ha @ Kevin up there!! Damn, you making me laugh now!! Conway Twitty was a staple in my house when I was a child in the 80's--My dad loved him and I was like,"Huh, is he serious"? I liked some country as a teenager but went quickly to metal...Anyways--I thought of a weird genre to invent one day--Maybe gospel and reggae could be mixed together--that would blow me away if that could be done!! Hee!! =p

hahahaha go read a book and learn something you silly little boy! Industrial originally was a fusion of electronics and punk. Punk came as a result of metal becoming too progressive! Industrial wouldn't exist without the birth of metal!

I don't think the point of this is "if metal had never been invented, what would you be listening to?"  I think it's just a convoluted way of saying "what other genres besides metal do you like the most?"
