Some of the S___ I read and what some say wow makes me sick causing probably 99% of the worlds MENTAL problems eh! Someone help me out here R we on the same page? It might not be you with the mental problem it could be those around you but on the other hand do take responsibility for your own questionable thoughts, just keep quiet and you just might come across normal. But whos to say what is normal?

I've just started on Zoloft after being on Seroxat for 10 years.I'm also on Zyprexa and Vival (norwegian names) and sometimes Tolvon. Have to wait a couple of weeks before I reach the final dose, 150-200 mg, I had 40 mg of Seroxat...

Well, I was diagnosed with clinical depression and anxiety disorder, several years ago. I don't always feel depressed or anxious, it's more situational. I find working out helps alot, and listening to Cradle Of Filth, of course. ;)
I admit I can be somewhat self-destructive at times as well, and I know my mind can be my own worst enemy. :P
Keeping active is a plus, if I lay around too much I go insane. :0

Schizophrenia is hard to break down in terms, no Schizophrenic can really see themselves as Schizophrenic. Bipolar's tend to know. Not trying to be a snob or force my opinion, you should be lucky you do know something is wrong.
