I watched the entire series and enjoyed it. I noticed a lot of themes in it. I thought season 5 dragged on a bit :\

Yes it did but did you think the end was rather strange? I didn't expect "them" back and going on their merry way! Haven't seen all the eps though :(
Was hard to get into so I stopped then a bit here and there.
Twin Peaks was like that at first. Thought it was a murder mystery until the "Lodge" showed up LOL

I do agree with you. It was a bit weird that they were all reunited and content with everything.
Remember what Jack's father said though..."some were here before you and some came here after you."

Rubbish. Totally rubbish. I enjoyed seasons 1 and 2 but c'mon, everything after is just a mess.

Even the biggest Lost fan I know (owns the whole series on DVD and Blu-Ray, as well as owning a couple of props) hated the ending.
It was a case of a good concept and set-up but with absolutely no follow-through - same with everything else Abrams and Lindelof have done since (Cloverfield, Prometheus etc)

They could have done away with the flash-forward. That was boring...at least to me.

Like I said, I had to watch the last episode one more time after I finished the series. I thought I must have missed something, but it was just a crap ending.
I agree with you. It was a show with a good concept and set-up, but it went downhill toward season 3. I liked season 6 because it answered a lot of questions.
