To get tattoos legally, you have to be 18. And usually to regret them, you need at least 3 or 4 years unless you were REALLY stupid.

Haha, the icing on the cake. Not only are you moving to New York, but you're moving to possibly the worst area, the so-dubbed "crime capital" of New York ... to marry a guy you never met and have kids with him and live with him and his layabout friends and earn enough money to financially support the family with a job at a "store" (not necessarily in a mall).
Isn't Queens where 50 Cent got shot 9 times?
