Just though I'd make a discussion on what was your most recent film you've seen.. and then you guys could maybe type a brief plot line of the movie and then give your review, on how good you thought the movie was.
Transformers : Dark Of The Moon = Best Movie Of 2011
That's all I have to say..
I suggest ALL of you to see it...
Even better than the blockbuster hit Battle : Los Angeles ;)

Permalink Reply by Christine on August 6, 2012 at 19:26 I do agree! I read the book first and liked it better, but the film was great!

Permalink Reply by Nutsack of Filth on August 7, 2012 at 3:56 I'm sorry, I really don't believe that you've read 120 Days Of Sodom, let alone liked it. I really, really don't believe that.

Permalink Reply by Nutsack of Filth on August 7, 2012 at 3:57 Hah! The film's completely different to the book (which is basically just a shopping list of the nastiest shit De Sade could think of), definitely worth watching. It's on YouTube with subtitles.

Personally, I could never take any adaptation of The 120 Days of Sodom seriously unless it has pregnant women being fired from a cannon.

Permalink Reply by Nutsack of Filth on August 8, 2012 at 6:16 It's an alright film on its own merits, but has practically no relation to the actual De Sade.
Lethe in Red said:
Whenever I think of de Sade in cinema I always do of Quills with Geoffrey Rush and Kate Winslet.
Permalink Reply by Nutsack of Filth on August 8, 2012 at 6:50 Yeah, it had a good cast, just a bit of an odd script. Good moments though (Joaquin Phoenix's priest character fucking a corpse was good fun).
Don't remind me of the House On Haunted Hill remake.
Lethe in Red said:
No it does not, and it is just an okay movie but I did enjoy it all the same. If Geoffrey Rush's Vincent Price impersonation can make that abominable House on Haunted Hill remake worth watching once, his performance in Quills definitely made a mediocre film memorable.
