... What do you mean? His voice is obviously going to change, that interview was in 1997. 15 years have passed by buddy. You don't think his voice is going to change a little bit?

And I'm saying, his vocals are obviously going to eventually decline with each passing year, because he's getting older and he's being doing this for 20 years, and that's going to fuck up his throat obviously, no matter what he does.

Dani hasn't lost his voice, it changed. He has been a vocalist since 20 years, 20 years in wich he mainly screamed. What is it that you can't understand? Of course it will effect the voice to scream for such a long time. You have to find different techniques to keep it up.
