Permalink Reply by House Atlantic on January 4, 2012 at 21:42 I love this album. Marthus' drumming and keys and Vic's vocals are amazing. The lead vocalist isn't anything special, but I like how he experiments with effects on his vocals. My favorite is Lustmistress, the keys/orchestrations sound great and give a really big sound to it.

Permalink Reply by ADreamOfWolves on January 4, 2012 at 23:13 If the keyboards are like this on the new album, then I will be more positive towards the new album. Hopefully, Martin is doing ALL the keyboard work and not awful Mark Newby-Robson.
Permalink Reply by Hydra 666 on January 4, 2012 at 23:26 This album is pretty damn good, the only complaint i have it the sound the cymbal has that marthus is using. Sounds like a machine.lol
I am really digging this. Yes if Martin does do keys for Cradle then it should sound sick. He does a sick job on keys.
It also looks like Marthus wrote the music as well, doesn't give cred to the other members

Permalink Reply by HELLHOUND on January 6, 2012 at 23:52 I really like Marthus drumming but damn, he's a very good keyboardist too! Neat production, sweet female vocals... the album sounds like a mix between old Dimmu & old CoF... I don't know, Spiritual Black Dimensions x Cruelty and the Beast.
I'm wondering how Thorno-DDVA would turn out with Marthus' orchestration skills.
Permalink Reply by Hydra 666 on January 7, 2012 at 1:48 Yeah man like the song I Watch The Blood Forever sounds alot like SBD from Dimmu Borgir. This band is like Dimmu Borgir if they progressed from SBD. The track Inner Fear is sick especially the two slow parts with the bass is badass. Imprisoned in Forgotten Dungeon is really great too! Epic.
