No and yes. Frater Nihil has confirmed that he does not have a version of Goetia and doubts that anyone else does since the tapes were wiped, but Dani's been silent about this all the time - I think he is just annoyed by the question by now, and I don't think he has a copy, either.

That part about the original Dusk is true, though - I so want to hear it one day.

"Goetia" exists only in the collections of Frater Nihil andDani I reckon. - just like the alternativ/ original recordings of Dusk.
There are two "original" Dusk tracks on youtube.

Probably the respective demos of Nocturnal Supremacy and A Gothic Romance, uploaded by ADreamOfWolves.

The entire story behind the reason for the wipe of the masters is all the reason in the world no one in the band wishes to talk about it since it was such a huge fiasco early in the bands history that they wish to just leave behind.  Besides the owner of the company has done interviews since the incident stating there is no master and the band has no copy.

Where have you seen these interviews?

Ryan brothers put out an official biography of the band many years ago with the owner of the company going on record talking about the incident.

That movie to be exact.  That is me holding a copy.  Very simple, Goetia was wiped due to a payment dispute.  There are a few sides to the story, but what is for sure is due to a financial dispute, the owner decided to be an asshole and wipe the work.

IMO, what people fail to realize, is that they just recorded the tracks on other releases from what I gather in the interviews.  Yes Goetia was lost, but it was re-recorded onto later releases.  I know people speculate the tracklist, but honestly again from what I gather there was no set tracklist.  If you notice they re-recorded almost all there material up until Dusk album IIRC.

Huh, the "From the Cradle to the Grave" DVD? I thought it didn't contain any interesting material, save alone information about Goetia. Or so I've heard around here.

@GRU: I thought so, too, but I couldn't find any other tracks related to but not part of the released Dusk. Can anyone give me a link?

Well, IDK what you "heard" from around "here" but AFAIK I'm the only one with actual proof of ownership.  Second, they do show the Ryan brothers, Dani, Nick, Stuart, Gian, Lecter in the movie, along with a really hilarious picture of Paul with a perm, along with the owner of the master copy that was wiped, Goetia.  People dispute the movie because it was produced largely by the Ryan brothers, and is mostly interviews of them, but there are archived footage interviews of Dani, Stuart, Gian from the Dusk/Cruelty period.  In the video it shows the very original members of CoF, there first show photos, etc.  Again people discount the video simply because the Ryan brothers released it well after there time spent in CoF.

FYI, I never seen a DVD copy personally, only VHS, that is to show how old it is.  Majority of the members on this site were in their diapers when it was released, or playing with toys.  I don't trust most members in what they say in this site because of that reason, while few of us here were old enough to know of CoF during Dusk days and beyond in the USA.

Unless the VHS tape is different from the DVD version, I can assure you I have that video as well. Never watched it, though.

Or we're talking about something completely different and I just happen to have a DVD bearing that title.
