How many people have pre-registered to pre-order The Gospel Of Filth?
The wait for Cradle's book is almost over, even though it feels like it took a century to write & publish. I was wanting to know how many of you have pre-registered to pre-order the leather-bound edition of the book from FAB press?
Does anyone know when the special edition books will be distributed? I know that the standard edition will be available on Halloween. Does that mean the people that paid the extra money will have to wait 'til Halloween? I wonder will it be sold to the U.S?

I have also registered, but i don't know if it works. Then i get a e-mail with the title "Please confirm your Gospel of Filth store pre-registration". And in it only my name. No idea, how i must confirm that. Am i to stupid for that or is it right so? Sorry my english isn't very good.

I've registered and plan on buying the Leather-bound edition since that is the version I was set on buying since around 2004 when I first heard about the book

Considering cradle's large fan base in the U.S. I would think the pre-order would open the states. If it's not, you and me both are going to be very upset lol.
It'd be pretty selfish to not open the preorder up to the rest of the world in my opinion, not just the U.S.
Of course I don't know for sure, so don't hold me to it lol.

I've registered but have heard nothing yet, i have a feeling we wont see this book for another year or so, it just seems to take them so long to do anything in regards to this book, i have also been waiting since aroun 2004. I hope i am wrong and the book is released soon, after all the hype and the wait this book better be worth the steep price.
