Man i have been there wondering homeless stealing ,sleeping in stairways.Just trying to screw my head up.beeing wasted all the time.Its been like 3 years now when i quitted using amfetamin on daily bases and also drinking.
Old ways diehard ..and when i talk about my drinking i do mean that its under my control for time beeng and if and only if i decide to go to that "train" again .Its like i decided to kill myself but theres many things that do it lot faster than teh drugs.Its been three years now and everything feel much better and gets better all the time.The first year was the hardest i didnt even get out of bed for weeks and just wanted to die when i went too deep in meh.Even thinking was too hard and my thoughts made me crazy..but i dont want to go there just now ..dont worry i´m ok now.

I don't have anything against alcohol or those who drink, but there's a fine line between use and abuse, and abusing alcohol is as bad (if not worse, in many cases) as abusing any illegal drug. The only difference is perception with regards to society. Therefore I judge people who gloat about their alcohol use the same way as I would somebody who gloats about their drug use. Everything in moderation.

With regards to you personally, I'd say you're heading down a very slippery slope. When you say things like "If I didn't have school/responsibilities, I'd drink myself to death", I'm genuinely concerned, because that's how a lot of severe cases of alcoholism start. Right now you may just about be able to handle responsibilities and drinking heavily, but sooner or later one will have to overtake the other, and I have a feeling it'll be the alcohol at this rate - and it's all downhill from there. With those homeless drunks you see, it's often the case that the alcoholism was the cause of their homelesness rather than the result.
