If you can't do that, drink two or three before you go to sleep. If you can't do that, drink two or three when you get up in the morning.
That's honestly it. Drink more water. If you put enough water in your body before you go to sleep, you won't have a hangover at all. If you get enough into it when you wake up, the hangover disappears pretty quickly.
