Carried on from the other thread (Link to Part 1 of this Topic) which has apparently become buggy.

Like the last one, discuss any upcoming Cradle-related stuff:

- Evermore Darkly EP/Live DVD (October 17th/24th, 2011)

- Midnight In The Labyrinth (April 2012)

- New Album (October 2012)

- Dani Filth's Poetry Book

- Side projects (Temple Of The Black Moon etc.)

Evermore Darkly is obviously the priority at the moment.

I can't find any figures, but I bet in their first week they didn't do hugely better.

Memory serves me right they did do way better sales numbers.
I ant saying any better then at least 3,000 copy's each...MAYBE.
It's just an EP though (and not even a proper EP - mostly comprising of remixes and demos from just one album).  If it were a new album, that'd be something to be concerned about, but not here.
I ant concerned simply just saying the number was low is all.
Yeah man that's what Dani said.

Ewwwww.... . That is low, I think 1900 people got ripped off, so it is a good thing the sales are low!

I can't find any figures that cover all distribution only the Blabbermouth figures, which may be localised anyway. Yeah, it isn't like a major release though, they would be lucky to sell 1900 in Australia TOTAL unfortunately.

NOTE - CRADLE OF FILTH‘s last full-length effort, “Darkly, Darkly, Venus Aversa”, opened with 5,800 units in November 2010 to debut at position No. 99 on The Billboard 200 chart. The band’s previous CD, “Godspeed On The Devil’s Thunder”, registered a first-week tally of a little over 11,000 copies back in November 2008 to land at No. 48. This was slightly less than the first-week tally registered by 2006′s “Thornography”, which shifted nearly 13,000 copies the first week out to enter The Billboard chart at No. 66, and “Nymphetamine”, which premiered with almost 14,000 copies back in October 2004.

Keeps getting lower and lower... What a surprise..

Maybe they should start making some music that doesn't sound exactly like the last album.

It's only an EP, so it's not a surprise that sales are not that great.
All Album sales are dropping though. Dani can mock me, I am a HUGEW FAN for longer than most here have been. This release is worth no more than $12 buck IMO. Festival show (aired for free during festival) , bad set list, funny documentary, and some terrible CD added on.
Uh no. How does that correlate? Maybe if they got a better label. You don't want them to sell out do you?lol Plus since their music is heavier and bit more progressive, not alot of people (mainstream fans) will like them. They are more underground now than they were when they did Nymphetamine. They had more exposure I am sure with Roadrunner, or I could be wrong.

Dude did you buy the EP? lol Calm down, I see what Dani is saying now. I don't want to agree because I was mad, but I kind of see his perspective on the EP. If you think it's a rip-off, "DON'T BUY IT!" Wait til the next album. As for me I definately bought it. I thought the show was pretty decent. The artwork was nice. All in all it's a nice addition my collection to have all their albums. The only one I haven't bought is From The Cradle To Enslave, I don't know if that one is worth it. Who knows I might buy it in the future.
