Carried on from the other thread (Link to Part 1 of this Topic) which has apparently become buggy.

Like the last one, discuss any upcoming Cradle-related stuff:

- Evermore Darkly EP/Live DVD (October 17th/24th, 2011)

- Midnight In The Labyrinth (April 2012)

- New Album (October 2012)

- Dani Filth's Poetry Book

- Side projects (Temple Of The Black Moon etc.)

Evermore Darkly is obviously the priority at the moment.

Well, since there are no different announcements, I suppose the shows will take place, so no need to work yourself up.

Yes, a possibility, he is touring in the US and probably this happened a while ago. But yet again, unlike most bands, NO UPDATES.

Recent example, Black Sabbath original line-up tour, tickets on sale and Bill Ward (drummer) announces he is out. The fans (the ticket buyers) were notified immediately, why, what would happen etc. giving a chance for refunds and so on! Here ... nothing, no info for those who bought Cambridge tickets, no reasons or explanations. If a band wants to keep their fans surely they should keep them updated. After all it is their bread and butter and we (as consumers) would like to know about the product we are investing in.

No need, I'd have seen it sooner or later, I'm on Twitter too. If he wouldn't want people to know, I suppose he wouldn't tweet it. :-)

I made the assumption it was just maybe rumour mongering etc but got to the point where I asked another member in here to look at the other site etc for their opinion - it was only when something was openly put on twitter by the man himself that it was then transferred to the forum (am feeling a twinge of guilt now for bringing it to peoples attention I confess) lol x

Go look at the Prong Official site - "Check out some great footage from the UK "Beg To Differ" Tour! Just added to the Prong "Live Video" Playlist is "Snap Your Fingers, Snap Your Neck" from the London Garage show with Dave Pybus (ex-Cradle of Filth) on bass and from the Nottingham show, "Beg To Differ" with Matt from Crowbar on bass" posted 15 May

If Dave was already gone by May 15, then why didn't Dani say anything about Dave leaving in the most recent blog post?

Maybe he didn't know it. What if Dave only talked to the management...? I have no idea how those things work.

I guess David left band before confirming Cambridge show, so a new bass player had a plenty of time to learn new songs.

Christine said:

Well yes, but those msuicians would still only have 2 weeks to work in to the songs.

I can't imagine that they'd cancel Wacken again, after they've been confirmed for almost a year now.

Kevin Hall said:

Yes, Cambridge cancelled? OR Dani, Paul and hopefully Marthus playing to backing tracks? They will have already gotten session musicians by now one would hope!

What TracyP just posted plus other stuff around the traps and mags but I'm not going to chase around proving anything. If you think it's bullshit ... check for yourself!

Thank you Kevin xx This is exactly why you were the person who sprang to mind to get your opinion in the first place back in June, and why I rarely post in this forum as sooner or later it always gets a little nasty...
