fan box set

My wife ordered the new fan box set for my birthday, November 2010. She paid a little over $100.00 US but 3 weeks later I received disc 1 of the box set in a white cd sleeve and nothing else. Several attempts have been made to contact burning shed with no success. We have the credit card information as well as the confirmation code. It would be frigging awesome to resolve this issue so I can enjoy what I have been waiting for. I am enjoying the new album, just needing the rest of the box set.

That is the replacement disc for the original box set (which contained an error) ... email your distributor immediately. If you received the replacement, the company (Nuclear Blast in US it sounds like) assume you have already rec'd the set. I hope it hasn't been lost in the post ... email directly.

You say Burning Shed has been contacted? Have you got the original order number? This is unusual for them not to reply, they are usually prompt?

I appreciate the reply. The box set was ordered from Burning Shed and disc 1 which I received was shipped by royal air.

Same thing happened to me... Replacement disc arrived before the box set. Contacted Burningshed and they said that it takes six weeks to deliver to where I live...
