I meant the Wacken performance in 2007. I mean it wasn't really bad, Kyo was just not singing into the mic close enough due to him freaking out everywhere.lol He moved around alot more during that years Wacken.

His vocals sounded super sloppy (minus the clean singing), but then again, if you consider it raw then I guess...lol

Again, I'm not saying it's a bad thing.

I think his voice was actually great at Wacken, they just had serious sound problems (the documentary goes into more detail on that).

Remember, the Tokyo Dome performances I posted were both from the end of a long show so it's understandable that his voice would be a bit worn out - also he's more physically active than usual there.  I don't mind it - like I said, I value performance over pitch-perfection.  The Budokan shows are cool, but I definitely prefer The Rose Trims Again DVD - even though his voice probably isn't quite as good.

It sounds like I'm judging Dir's performances on Kyo alone and ... well, I kind of am, because he's pretty much the only variable member.  I don't think I've ever seen any of the other members perform less than impeccably (although Kaoru did have trouble with the Different Sense solo towards the beginning of the tour).

Tsumi To Kisei performance that's up now is awesome!

The whole Zombie show is up (well, all the songs that were on the DVD).  Don't worry, that stupid video filter doesn't stay for the whole thing:

Tsumi To Kisei is probably the only Dir en grey song from their last few albums that I really never want to listen to.  It doesn't do anything for me - the original Tsumi to Batsu is far better.

The zombie show, whoever edited it, is an idiot.
I cant see anything whatsoever.

Yeah, I warned you.  It comes and goes, though.  I have a feeling that the make-up looked a bit silly so they wanted to obscure it by using bad lighting/angle choices and video filters.

The second DVD is out (America Tour & big Japanese show).

You can download all three discs here:  http://www.4shared.com/folder/q1-xLade/TOUR2011_AGE_QUOD_AGIS_Vol2_...

Just download the .mkv files, those are the only ones you need.  You may need to sign up for a free account before you download them, but you don't need a premium one.

It's pretty good.  Not quite as good as the first one, the documentary footage is pretty rubbish and has some really weird bits involving a fat MTV Japan presenter bouncing around Atlanta and a very awkward part in which some kid recovering from a terminal illness goes to see them backstage and is quite clearly gay for them.  It goes into some detail on Kyo's throat condition and has bits of footage from every show (including pro-shot footage from San Francisco).

The second disc has a whole bunch of really professionally-shot footage from the Los Angeles show, which is pretty good.  It's also got a few bits from Japanese shows (including performances where Kyo's surrounded by a really cool-looking ceiling height veil), and a few of the Dum Spiro Spero song performances from the big Uroboros show in Osaka.

The third disc is sweet.  It's the pro-shot performance of Uroboros up until Dozing Green (for some reason they don't show the rest of them) from Osaka, on the same scale as the Budokan DVD.  I personally think it's better, Kyo's voice is surprisingly good considering it was one of the last shows before they had to stop completely, and the visuals are stunning.

You can actually hear how the inflammation has affected his voice sometimes when he does high notes (especially during LOTUS in San Francisco and Toguro in Osaka), it's pretty sad.

Yeah I remember when I saw them in Houston which was like their first show in the U.S., his voice was straining alittle bit in the Hageshisa and Lotus on the clean parts, but overall he pulled through the show and sounded awesome. Maybe because I was there and it's not on video where you can hear every little mistake.

No, he sounds awesome on pretty much all of these performances (especially the Uroboros one), but at some points his voice breaks on a high note (so it goes REALLY high) as opposed to straining.

Yeah I guess that's what I meant, it sounded like they broke on high notes

There is a video up on youtube for Juuyoku from the latest release and they sound so much better here.

The whole thing is up for downloading - didn't you see my link?  Anyway, here's a few more from YouTube.  They're all from the San Francisco show, which isn't the best - Los Angeles and Osaka are awesome.
