Even so, it does not mean this equipment actually works. I could make a device and go on TV and say well this does A and will detect B. Would you believe that? If so, why? If not, why not?

No way. Zak and Mr. Galka have known each other for years. Mr. Galka makes all the paranormal equipment for the Ghost Adventures crew. He started making paranormal technology BECAUSE of his daughter's death, and him wanting to communicate with her.

They could have been sadly misled. A majority of everything on television is for entertainment. Especially the news.

So, this absolutely torn family completely lied about communicating with their dead daughter, for other people's entertainment? I find that EXTREMELY hard to believe David.

Ghost Adventures is a fictional program with no basis on reality in any way shape or form! Every single episode is fake and staged purely for entertainment purposes. None of it is real! there are no such things as ghosts or the other side! only what peoples minds makes them see and believe!

As to the topic question, simple answer same as Dradle is yes! When you die thats it! game over!

I'm being completely serious with this post. I know how many of you think Ghost Adventures is fake, and probably some of their evidence could be debunked. But, if you ever have some free time on your hands or just bored, watch this episode. This is the ONLY episode of Ghost Adventures I could say, that there is a very good chance it will change your beliefs on the after-life. If you don't want to watch it, fine. But, it's a very emotional and deep episode. They go to a house where a family has lost one of their daughters in a terrible car crash. And they basically go there to communicate her. She has communicated with her family all the time before, ever since her death. But now they just want to get it on camera. It had my whole family, including myself, in tears. After watching this episode, you will REALLY appreciate and love your family, and you will never take a second for granted spending time with your loved ones.

Take some time reading the comments too. Some of them are intelligent and insightful. Again, I'm not saying this will DEFININTELY change your mind on the after-life and all that, I'm just saying, this could make you curious or at least interest you. That's all. After watching this episode, it definitetly strengthened my opinion that there is an after-life, or something after our death.

Gary Galka invented all this paranormal equipment, so he could communicate with his deceased daughter. So, he could have some closure and he could feel a little closer towards her. During the episode, he shows many of the EVP's (spirit voices) HE HIMSELF captured during random points of his life. Why would he take time out of his life, to make fake voices, and claim that it's his deceased daughter's voice, for the entertainment of TV viewers? That would be so offensive towards his daughter, and you can tell, that he loved her SO much.

speaking of Death, here is Nicholas playing for a tribute to Death.

Yes Sean they are called ACTORS! to make it more "authentic" Just Google "Ghost Adventures fake" and enjoy the hundreds of pages including those of science journals and news pages all saying the same thing! Its fake and done purely for entertainment purposes and ratings! Of course the actors get emotional as it makes it more believable to people that swallow that rubbish! As for the equipment they use most are in no way scientific and have been debunked by several Scientific organisations as nothing more than toys!

Hell even Wikipedia makes reference to the gaff they made while filming an episode!

They have featured on the show people that are basically nut jobs that have made their own "Toys" Mr Galka being one of them! He has been talked about in length on several sites  and even mentioned on the news in the "strange" section at the end. I feel sorry that his daughter is gone that's never a nice thing to deal with but all the show did was exploit that! His toys have also been debunked on many established Scientific sites.

The show is nothing more than entertainment! it uses actors to enhance it and on the odd occasion real people are exploited to make it "seem" more real!

It's been proven to be fake and I will take Scientists views on the subject over those of faith any day! :)

MONEY. Pretty disgusting using his deceased daughter as a gimmick. If he was serious he wouldn't be acclaiming let alone doing it for a massive profit. What a prick ...
Note, I wrote this comment before I read the above replies.

Funny enough, I have seen that very episode a few days back, as a friend had recommended it to me. I had never heard of this show before. It didn't change my life or beliefs.

I certainly don't want to believe that death is the end, but it seems to be an unevitable fact...

death is the end.

As I said before, if death is not the end, then birth MUST certainly not be the beginning...lol

Personal I think death is the end,so I´d like to add some questions:

Where do you think the "souls" would live if death is not the end? Is there heaven or another planet or do they live invisible to our side?

What do you think about experiences some people made with death like "they saw the light, etc"?

So why don´t we remember what was before birth?

And so it begins.
