Those are a bit over the top though. I can fully see how he has a high octave range because he is a fucking legend singer. He does fucking awesome highs and lows. Makes sense if he has a high octave range

Ok....can someone give me a DETAILED description of exactly HOW dani screams and growls? i know how to do vocal fry, but its neither loud, nor as forceful sounding.
My second question is...has anyone ever actually HEARD Dani sing clean? if so, let me know!

Well, it's hard to get detailed without an anatomy and physiology lesson, but I can give you a basic rundown. It's mainly about manipulating air and fluids in the throat flowing through the vocal cords as well as the muscles of throat. It takes a shit ton of practice and persistence to hit the growls and screams with the volume and range that Dani has. There is at least one interview out there where Dani talks about practicing his screeches, screams, and growls. Some people are never able to do it at all, and others obtain it through training themselves over time. Dani's range is unique and near impossible to duplicate.
As for Dani's clean voice in song, if you listen closely (very closely) you can hear Dani's clean voice in several songs. Use headphones, don't have the volume too loud (or the music will hide it), and pay close attention.

Do you remember which interview that was? I recall seeing this one here (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DSgVCjcVEaE), where Dani glossed over his vocals for a bit.
