1. Invoking the Unclean
2. Orgiastic Pleasures Foul
3. The Black Goddess Rises
4. A Pungent and Sexual Miasma
5. Goetia
6. Total Fucking Darkness
That's how I've always thought it went.
Goetia was ment to be COF's first album, but it wasnt released, so their 1st demo was "Invoking The Unclean". The Second demo is OPF, then goes the rehearsal recordings "The Black Goddess Rises", after that "A Pungent And Sexual Miasma, and the last demo is "Total Fucking Darkness". By the way, TDF was released in 1992 as the date is on the cover.

Im not shure if it was released in 92, may be it was recorded in 1992 but released in dec.1993. but that sound a bit stupid =) not releasing it for over a year=)

Permalink Reply by Ciraxos on March 29, 2009 at 8:22 Why would you say it's '93 of the cassette says 1992 on it? That is unless they re-released it a year after, just a few months before Cacophonous signed them to record The Principle of Evil Made Flesh. Cradle of Filth has one hell of a mysterious story, and to make it even more confusing they don't say anything about the early years. But then again, that's hard to do when only 2 original members have stayed in for the entire (or most of) 18 years. The band is older than I am! I don't know if we'll ever figure out the true story behind Goetia, but one thing will always be the same.
I will always listen to Cradle of Filth, until the day that my wrinkly old ass shrivels up and dies.
I will always be filthy.
It was released in 1992, late in the year (TFD)
ADreamOfWolves said:cuz it doesnt say RELEASED or RECORDED in 1992
its just says C.O.F. productions 1992
or something like that
it could have been recorded in the winter of 92
and then released not till 93
