A newsletter for website changes?

Greetings,

 

I was going through threads and replies today when I noticed a lot of time changes are made to the website layout and such just out of the blue. One day something is there the next its gone with no notice, or mention of it.

 

For example the merch/webstore link automatically going to the peaceville or other sites, rather than the old bravado site. It would be nice to have a separate newsletter or even a thread for when changes are made to the website layout and why. For those of us who don't visit the website everyday and rely on Twitter/Facebook for band updates. Just a heads up when things like that suddenly change.

 

Anyone else think this would be a good idea?

(If this already exists and I'm just a moron feel free to point it out. :P)

Usually there are changes only when new CD/EP/something comes out - then the background is changed. Or when they changed record label.

 

Thread might work, doubt about newsletter but that's really Laura to decide :)

True true, they do always get a new layout for new stuff.

 

A thread for small things like links being changed on the site would be really helpful.

 

Like I went to go look for a certain tshirt that was in their merch store, and suddenly (well to me) the merch store has been changed to something completely different. And I'm sure there are more things that could be added to a thread like that.

 

Is there anyway we could get this suggestion to Laura? (Though honestly, I'm not sure how many other people would really benefit from a thread like that.)

Laura reads here but I can always send her the link or you can send a message to her here (Laura Woodley). She's the admin of the site so everything here goes through her :)
