Probably. Welcome to the poor truth of this world. Those that have proven enough intelligence not to succumb to meaningless charts or, even worse, gangsta rap, often don't recognize the musical and lyrical depth present in several metal bands, most notably, of course, Cradle of Filth. Yet even those who mainly listen to metal seem to detest Cradle nevertheless, the majority of them because they have heard of the accusations and thus will never give it a try, flat-out refusing and displaying a disgusting level of intolerance and ignorance.
